Combined Vanessa Davidson and Ericka Shirley have over 30+ years in the Govcon defense industry, supporting small, mid, and large sized companies. For the past 10 years Vanessa Davidson Co CEO & President of G- Force Solutions was a strategic partner, and Vice President of Strategic Intelligence Programs managing several different clients within ODNI, DIA, DHS, Army, DTRA, INSCOM, G2, and more for the last decade. Ericka Shirley Co CEO & President of G-Force Solutions has over 17 years in Human Resources to include her last role as Chief Human Resources Officer & Vice President for a WOSB managing talent acquisition, employee engagement,  M&A, employee relations, and compliance.
